A Series on Self Compassion: Returning Home to Yourself (Session 2)

The holidays can bring a lot of expectations. Between family dynamics, travel, social obligations, and the pressure to make everything feel special, it's easy to fall into familiar patterns or feel like we need to be doing more or becoming a different version of ourselves.

This gathering is about recognizing those patterns without feeling the need to fix or change who we are. We'll explore how to navigate the pressures of the season with greater awareness, make space for our own needs, and meet ourselves and others with compassion.

What we'll explore:

  • Metta (Loving-Kindness) meditation to cultivate compassion for ourselves and others.

  • Rectangle Breathing, and somatic energy shifts (tapping, shaking, and rhythmic bouncing) to clear stuck stress.

  • Time for reflection through journaling or creative prompts.

What to expect

We'll begin with an hour of guided practices, including grounding, a short Dharma talk, meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, and reflection.

Afterward, enjoy 60 minutes of self-paced sauna and cold plunge.

No prior experience with meditation or breathwork is needed.

Part of a Three-Part Series

This is the second of three gatherings exploring self-compassion through the holiday season and into the new year. Each session stands on its own, so you're welcome to join whichever session speaks to you, or attend all three for a deeper exploration of self-compassion.

$60 per session | or $160 for all three ($20 savings)

The three-session package available under our packages saves you $20. Each session must be reserved separately.
