A Series on Self Compassion: Nourishing the Vessel (Session 1)

The holidays can be a complicated time for our relationship with our bodies. Between festive meals, busy schedules, and the pressure to maintain routines, it's easy to lose touch with what our bodies actually need.

This gathering is about approaching our bodies with curiosity and kindness rather than judgment. We'll explore ways to slow down, listen to ourselves, and find a little more ease during a season that can ask a lot of us.

What we'll explore:

  • Mindful body scan meditation to reconnect with physical sensations.

  • Bhramari Pranayama (Humming Bee Breath) to stimulate the vagus nerve and support digestion.

  • Gentle somatic movement, unwinding, and self-abdominal massage.

  • Time for reflection through journaling or creative prompts.

What to expect

We'll begin with an hour of guided practices, including grounding, a short Dharma talk, meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, and reflection.

Afterward, enjoy 60 minutes of self-paced sauna and cold plunge.

No prior experience with meditation or breathwork is needed.

Part of a Three-Part Series

This is the first of three gatherings exploring self-compassion through the holiday season and into the new year. Each session stands on its own, so you're welcome to attend whichever gatherings speak to you.

$60 per gathering | or $160 for all three ($20 savings)

The three-session package available under our packages saves you $20. Each session must be reserved separately.
